The menu that allows to add a note to a category is randomly ordered. It should display the categories in the same order each time the menu is opened.

Worse. It gets reorderd different each time it is open.

I'm marking this as duplicate of bug 626624.
This one is older, but 626624 contains a patch, fixing this issue.
