It seems the fix for bug 319354 (b22dfd93) has changed deskbar-applet to be installed in libdir instead of libexecdir. But this is wrong: applets should live in libexecdir. The right fix is to create a subdirectory in libexecdir.

Should the modules moved to libexecdir, too, or just the binary?

I would move the modules too, but I'm not 100% sure it's right.
