Description Jason Heeris 2009-07-15 04:44:44 UTC
(I originally posted this in the Debian PTS: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=534457)

Since 2.26, Nautilus has a bar across the top suggesting that I open,
eg. F-Spot for browsing digital photos. I don't want to use F-Spot, but
the bar remains there, distracting me and telling me something I already
know :P

It'd be good to have a way to disable this, but I cannot find a setting
anywhere that will turn it off. I have disabled every kind of
autobrowsing prompt and related setting (with the unfortunate
side-effect that I can now not figure out how to allow automatic
browsing of removable media), but to no effect.
