Description Martin Jürgens 2009-07-12 22:05:31 UTC
Please describe the problem:
I have some problems playing a certain stream when comparing Totem to the experience with the official DivX Player from divx.com.

Stream: http://filebase.to/files/687146/qvga_BigBuckBunny.divx

Problems I have:

1. Seeking does not work
2. When I press pause, and want to resume the stream later it restarts from the beginning
3. When the service is overloaded (which happens quiet often), Totem keeps playing little parts and stopping again later instead of showing "buffering xx%" until the stream can be watched smoothly.

and, a feature request:

when Totem has played the whole stream and thus has downloaded the whole file, it should offer some option to save the file to disk without downloading the whole stream again (this is what divx player offers, too)

Steps to reproduce:

Does this happen every time?
yes
