Description Matthias Clasen 2009-07-07 18:40:51 UTC
From https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=510095

gthumb keeps his main window open while showing a slideshow. That is good. It
would be even better if it would indicate somehow which image is currently
presented in the slideshow. Currently, the main ui seems to operate independently from the slideshow. What I would expect it that it allows to control the slide show instead.

Hi Matthias,

Thanks for your report.
I don't know which version you're using but the latest 2.10.x answers your needs.

During the slideshow
- the auto-hidden toolbar properties button will display some information on the picture (date, size, file name, etc)
- the keyboard and mouse action work fine (previous/next picture)

However please note that the new 2.11.x serie is the current and previous 2.10.x is obsolete.
The slideshow feature is not yet implemented in 2.11.x

Feel free to reopen this report if necessary.

Cheers,
Matthias
