Description Acorn Pooley 2009-07-07 04:33:45 UTC
It seems impossible to open the same document twice in 2 different evince windows. run 'evince aaa.pdf' and evince opens with aaa.pdf showing. Then run the same command, 'evine aaa.pdf' again. Instead of opening a new window evince brings the existing window to the front. I can understand that sometimes this is desired, but it would be great if there was a command line option (and checkbox in the open dialog) for if the user actually does want the same doc open in 2 windows at the same time.
