Please describe the problem:
As described at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/FeatureDictionary
In Fedora we've been trying to unify dictionaries for some time, so attached here is an implementation to prefer enchant to aspell if available. Doing so will allow bluefish to use the same default dictionaries are used by OpenOffice.org, Firefox, GNOME and KDE

Committed to the 1.0 branch of SVN. The current SVN devel branch does not require the patch. The current SVN devel branch is already using Enchant.
