Blocker bug for gst-python maintainers to remember to always update the newly added core/base API to the .defs before the first pre-release.

This bug should never be closed, instead the target milestone should be changed to the next release once the .defs have been updated.

Closing this bug now, gst-python is only an extension module to pygi now and this bug doesn't make much sense anymore in this context.
