[RTL] Overlapping icons

Please describe the problem: When inserting a cd or a removable device the desktop icon that appears might appear over other icons (It appears in the corner) especially in Right-To-Left locales. Requiring you to move it. Steps to reproduce: 1. Insert a removable device or a cd. Actual results: The icon appears over other icons in the corner requiring me to move it. Expected results: The icon appear below or at the end of the list of icons. Does this happen every time? Yes in Right-To-Left locales. Sometimes in other Left-To-Right ones. Other information:

I have this bug too. see picture: http://img5.imagebanana.com/img/p38gjiqf/_001.png I use Ubuntu in Hebrew, and this bug very disturber.
In addition to Amiad's complaint I would like to add this issue happens in 2.32 with Ubuntu 10.10.
The problem still exist in 10.10 so please fix it as soon as possible.

The problem still happen in version 3.
As far as i know this problem still exist in ubuntu 11.04 natty so please fix it because for right to left users it is a sereious disadvantage.
because basiclly right to left users don't have a working auto arrange option on there desktop.
