What ever setting ( Never / Always / Ask for each message ) i have in the preferences, message receipt option doesn't make any difference.

Right ! Delivery receipts are not implemented. :)

for evolution-mapi;

This operates with read receipts and with message importance (Evolution knows only important or regular, while exchange knows also low importance, but that doesn't matter much).

Err, I misplaced PidTagImportance with PidTagPriority, fixed within commit e19b25c.
