The LDAP code should become a plugin.

That will have a limited interest, since ptlib will still link all the LDAP libs anyway. But ekiga will still be ready for an LDAP-less version.

I have a patch for that ready, but I'm waiting for feedback on pluginization when running on win32 for the loudmouth code first.
