In `Places' menu on the gnome-panel `Home Folder' item is translated as
`Домашній каталог' (Home directory), while tooltip for the icon
which launches Nautilus with home folder opened is translated as
`Домашня тека' (Home folder).

Also all other occurrences of the `Folder' term we're able to find in Gnome are
translated as `тека', so Places menu is the only affected element.
