Description David Sterry 2009-06-02 19:32:35 UTC
An AGPL'd application called Snowy allows upload and synchronization of local Tomboy data to a web server. This is a compelling feature and one that may be widely used. http://live.gnome.org/Snowy

any extra info on this as it relates to gnote?
Comment 2 Christian Weiske 2014-09-28 06:12:35 UTC
Now there is an ownCloud app "grauphel"[0] that implements the same protocol; the Tomboy REST API[1].

Since Gnome Shell already supports ownCloud integration (which I use with great pleasure), it would be great if gnote could implement the Tomboy REST API to have notes integrated like this.
