GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 583775
GUI window is >480 pixels tall
Last modified: 2009-05-25 07:42:48 UTC
Please describe the problem: The GUI window is >480 pixels tall. This means that if your screen gets set to 640x480 (as mine accidentally did, by wine, after playing GTA2), then it's pretty extremely hard to set your screen back. (You can keep hitting tab until the focus shifts to the "Apply" button, but new users will not know how to do this.) This is particularly ironic since the dialogue box itself provides the option to set your screen resolution to as low as even 320x240 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open gnome-display-preferences 2. For extra fun, set your resolution to 320x240 Actual results: The "Apply" button appears off-screen and there is no way to click it via the mouse. Expected results: The "Apply" button can be clicked on whatever my screen's resolution is. Does this happen every time? Yes Other information:
