Please describe the problem:
I run dual screens, with the standard ubuntu top and bottom panels on the first screen only.

After running "gnome-shell --replace", the bottom panel correctly stays on the first screen only, but the top panel spans them both.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run gnome-shell with two screens
2. 
3.

didn't notice this before, but this is fixed by the patch in 593060
