GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 581599
evolution crashed with SIGSEGV in g_str_hash()
Last modified: 2009-05-07 04:38:12 UTC
this report has been filed here: https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/372628 "Evolution dumps core shortly after starting it, with the following message: (evolution:20700): camel-WARNING **: Cannot load summary file: '/home/sp/.evolution/mail/local/Inbox.ev-summary': No such file or directory Segmentation fault (core dumped) Funny thing about that is that the mentioned file actually exists. This problem occurred after creating an Evolution backup on Debian Lenny and importing that very backup on Ubuntu. Getting rid of ~/.evolution seems to be a workaround for now." ".
