Fixed the backup-restore case.  Killev is doing a bunch of Bonobo stuff and the libgnome crud probably needs to stick around a bit longer.

killev is dead.  --force-shutdown now just runs "pkill evolution".

That was the last usage of <libgnome/gnome-util.h>, so closing as FIXED.
