1. I selected the “create a new set of accounts” button and hit “ok”

2, A page came up that said <no file> at the top.

This was confusing

I retested this on Windows on 2.6.14 and the save-as dialog opened on top of the main unsaved book window.  I have a multi-monitor setup.  I think this bug could be closed unless there is better steps to reproduce the bug.
