Please describe the problem:
Evoution works OK with the Gnome SOCKS proxy settings, but it appears to ignore them when a port number is specified in the server settings for outgoing mail.

Steps to reproduce:
1. put 'servername:25' in the 'Server' configuration option for the SMTP server.
2. Try to send some mail.

Actual results:
Mail is not sent through the SOCKS proxy

Expected results:
Sending mail through the SOCKS proxy

Does this happen every time?
Yes

SOCKS option has been removed in 2.26.0 afaik.  bug 555888 for more info
