Please describe the problem:
The problem appear when I try to change any Exif/IPTC with another program (GeoSetter or XnView) after modification with GIMP

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a file with EXIF/IPTC/XMP
2. Modify it with GIMP and save
3. Open with XnView or modify any metadata info

Actual results:
Open with XnView => IPTC deleted
 or open with GeoSetter and modify any metadata info => Errors
