Hi

First, I hope that this is the place for report a bug related with "Web" web browser in gnome 3.4

I just want to know if there is possible to change easely my home page in Web, I've been for hours looking for, but nothing appear to let my customize my home page.

I think that the settings in Web are too restrictive, basic things like home page and see the Favorites in a bar are far from be intuitive.

It's not, file your own bug.
