Description unica 2009-04-12 20:13:20 UTC
It worked yesterday....Ok this is the order of actions,
Help(on Menu), Help(f1), It says "Loading index from 'http://docs.gimp.org/2.6/en/gimp-help.xml'"

I am expecting it to pop up in my web brower cause that is what happened previousely.

instead I get a gimp message " help.exe message parse error in 'http://docs.gimp.org/2.6/en/gimp-help.xml':GET request failed: WinHttp error: CANNOT_CONNECT"

I think the website is messed up cause I bookmarked the index page, and my bookmark won't take me there either.

I am very new to GIMP, I've only had it 5 days, and havent figured out If I even got i installed properly. I can't figure out how to get the help to work offline either.
thanks

IMHO, the whole docs.gimp.org cannot be reached. So this seems more like a GIMP-website problem than a GIMP-Help problem.

I also tried with wget and that gives a Connection Refused-error.
