2. Open .jpg file
3. Open Levels function in the Colors menu

Stack trace:

Other information:
I updated the program with the new version 2.6.6 and every so often when i attempt to adjust a .jpg photo with the Levels function the program shuts down "gimp-2.6exe has stopped working" I have restarted my computer and attempted to open the Levels function by itself without a .jpg photo open and it will crash.

Which version of Windows is this?
Comment 2 Kevin Miller 2009-04-17 08:35:44 UTC
I have the exact same problem. Gimp worked for 24 hours, but now it comes crashing down whenever I try to hit the levels command.

Circumstances are same as above. 2.6.6 (stable) release. I run Vista (figures?)
