i want the translate text feature to be implemented. basically look at how www.mibbit.com does it.
it translates what i type to a selected language or/and translates text typed by other people into a selected language. it does this all on the fly and pretty seamlessly.

Hi,
This feature request is beyond the scope of Empathy's core set of features, and the developers don't have time to implement features like these. Feel free to provide a patch for it, however.
