I'm using GStreamer 0.10.10.2-1 (Ubuntu 9.04), and the Windows Media file [1] can't be read. The first image is shown, but I can't get anything else. For camparison's sake, VLC works fine with it.

The provided file is from the French public television, and all of their files block. If you want more testcases, see http://jt.france3.fr/1920/.

Actually, this particular issue is likely to be fixed in the upcoming -ugly release (for old playbin too).
