Description Anthony Sinnott 2009-03-20 05:12:30 UTC
Evolution should have a feature to automatically set up accounts for popular email services (like Gmail). If Evolution is given an address like someone@gmail.com it should be able to automatically set up the proper server information like ports and encryption without bothering the user about it. It would be very confusing to a novice user who doesn't understand what ports or encryption is and even to expert users who don't know what ports and encryption their email service provider uses. It forces people to use a search engine to find a guide or ask around, they really shouldn't have to do that.
