Please describe the problem:
Hi!

I try to apply the filter edge-detect (difference gaussians) but the result is a layer transparent.

I use GIMP in Ubuntu 8.10 ( GIMP 2.6.1)

Sorry, I don't speak English well

I expect one image new with edge detect.
