Hi,

When displaying a large document, I usually keep open a small side panel to show the index, and it would be nice to show a tooltip when mouse pointer is over a title, so I don't have to resize the panel every time.
For example, in the screenshot attached, a little tooltip should appear showing the full index title "Extending the Binding Language".
