Description Victor Osadci (Vic) 2009-03-07 12:28:09 UTC
Usually Epiphany goes into of-line mode when told by network-manager that there is no network connection. However, trying to open localhost while of-line doesn't work either.

I believe it should be possible to open pages on localhost even when there is no network connection.
