Description Hanno Zulla 2009-01-29 15:42:54 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When uploading photos to gallery2, f-spot will claim to be an outdated version of Firefox.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040626 Firefox/0.9.1

This, of course, is a lie.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Upload photos to gallery2
2. Look at your server logs
3. Wonder about the user agent string

Actual results:

Expected results:
A http client should not lie with its user agent string.
I'd prefer to see something like

f-spot/0.5.0.3 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US)

Does this happen every time?
