Description Willie Walker 2009-01-23 16:28:16 UTC
When autostart on login is enabled, I see bizarre behavior on OpenSolaris 2008.11:

1) The autostarted Orca times out and quits

or

2) The autostarted Orca runs, but no speech is output. In addition, if I enable the braille monitor in my preferences, it doesn't appear on the display. I verified this by enabling debug in Orca and analyzing the debug.out file.

Joanie - is this something you can confirm on your OpenSolaris box?

Oh yeah, forgot to add that this *does* seem to work fine on Ubuntu Intrepid.
Comment 2 Willie Walker 2009-01-25 16:57:12 UTC
Joanie wasn't seeing this on her machine. I reinstalled OpenSolaris 2008.11 on my machine this weekend and also upgraded to b105 via http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev. I'm suspecting my machine was just in a bad state when I logged this bug. I don't see it any longer. Closing as NOTABUG.
