Please describe the problem:
There is no field to add columns to the existing row and I cannot add accessible rows. I can add rows but I can't do anything with them

Steps to reproduce:
1. Right click on applet and select properties.


Actual results:
I cannot add columns or usable rows

Expected results:
The ability to add columns and usable rows

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
My machine is running 64 bit Gentoo. But on my 32 bit laptop running Gentoo everything is fine using the exact same versions of everything
