Put a checkbox in the "No suitable codec found" dialog box. By default make it unchecked but when checked it will no longer show the dialog for the specific file types on startup.

Also, it may be a good idea to show in this dialog what filetype has no coded available. I don't even know what files it can't find a codec for.
