I feel that it would be a good feature to have a customer report showing the outstanding invoices only.

Remarks from my minor point of view:
- Picking outstanding invoices by using the attribute 'active' of invoices;
- As in the foot line the amounts of open invoices are shown, outstanding invoices seem to be particularly handled by the customer report routine.

What's necessary to get this added? I can possibly do the work; is there a similar patch that shows what needs to change?
