Hi,

To enable or disable radar maps in the properties dialog makes little sense
since there are NO radar maps currently.  Obviously it would be desirable to
get radar maps back again.  Allowing the user to configure a url for a
graphic image to be fetched would be an acceptable interim measure, until
there can be default graphics in the location database.  (I presume this
would eliminate usage restrictions since it's the end user rather than the
package maintainer who decides what url gets utilized.)
