Description mike 2009-01-17 02:00:37 UTC
I use google apps http://www.google.com/a/cpanel/domain/new to host my email, so it is basically gmail from my own URL.

When I try to use conduit to sync anything with this gmail it hangs the application and I have to "kill -9" it.

Evolution mail/calendar works perfectly well with my google apps mail, but does not sync contacts informatio, hence the need for conduit

I have the same problem, i.e. when trying to sync contacts from gmail to evolution conduit hangs.

I have broken the problem down by syncing from gmail to a folder which works and then trying to sync from the folder to evolution which hangs. So the problem is with the evolution end rather than the gmail end.

This is what is shown in the terminal

[Syncronization ][DEBUG ] Syncworker state 1 (Synchronization.py:648)
[Syncronization ][DEBUG ] Source Status = Ready (Synchronization.py:677)
[platform.FileGio ][DEBUG ] Folder scan 100.0% complete (FileGio.py:354)
[platform.FileGio ][DEBUG ] 25 files loaded (FileGio.py:361)

I'm also running Ubuntu 8.10 (ibex), conduit 0.3.15, evolution-data-server is version 2.24.1-0ubuntu1.
