It appears since I've upgraded to 2.24.2 (possibly 2.24 amd 2.24.1) I can no longer create folders on my Cyrus IMAPD server.

export CAMEL_DEBUG=all

Start evolution. and clear the console logs before you you try to create a folder. Then once you create, get me the logs here. Thanks

Please reopen with debug stuff. Also try 2.24.3/4
