I'd like a way to configure the default size on a profile basis.

I think the behaviour should be like this:
- when a new window is opened, the default size applies.
- when a new tab is opened, it is ignored.
- when the size is changed in the profile window, it applies to the window only if the terminal window was build using that profile and still had the default size.
