The selection of even or odd pages to print should appear in the 'General' tab
within the range of pages to print.

Other information:
When you want to print only odd or even pages you have to go to the 'Page
setup' tab and set it under 'Only print'.
I think this option should be with the 'Range' options of the pages to print
('General' tab).
