gweather doesn't show phase of the moon

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #564958 +++ +++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #170277 +++ Distribution/Version: Ubuntu Hoary "The gweather applet is currently showing a full moon when the moon is actually 17% full." Bug 564958 includes a proposed patch to the library which allows the application to indicate how many moons, if any, that are included in its directory. "clock" calls the routine whose API is modified.
