Description Andreas Köhler 2008-12-23 22:56:49 UTC
Quoting Heinz Repp, bug 564797 comment 12:
"""
If it is clear that the support for DOS-based Win systems has been dropped, the
batch files should be renamed to the cmd extension as I lined out earlier. No
need to start a 64k limited 16 bit command.com on top of a ntvdm any more ...
"""

This should be evaluated.

Removed target
Comment 2 Heinz Repp 2009-04-28 07:56:17 UTC
don't remove target - remove bug instead ;-)

this bug has been fixed in release 2.2.9, so the target has been met.

please set (I would have already if I only could):

target: 2.2.9
status: resolved
resolution: fixed
Comment 3 Phil Longstaff 2009-04-28 11:59:00 UTC
OK. I misunderstood. I thought it was still open.
