Vfolder sources  "All local and active remote folders" does not search all folders. In mail-vfolder.c, there are explicit comments stating that draft/sent/outbox folders are excluded unless added explicitly. The options should not state all if ALL folders are not searched.

Thinking of it, I do not see a reason to skip outbox and all drafts with sent folders, thus I'm dropping the code.
