Please describe the problem:
Follow the steps below.

Steps to reproduce:
1. run gimp
2. open image
3. crop the image in such way that right margin of the image will be cut off
4. click inside to confirm the crop


Actual results:
Image is cropped (data is changed) but visually nothing changes.

Expected results:
The image (visually) is refreshed.

Does this happen every time?
Yes (with such selection to crop).

Other information:
Workarounds:
a) zoom in and out to get image refreshed, or
b) click within image again
