On Ubuntu 8.10, 64-bit. gcalctool 5.24.1

In scientific mode, regardless of whether the switch is set to degrees, gradians, or radians, the trig functions (sin, cos, etc.) return the value according to degrees.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
