Description jelmorini 2008-12-13 18:08:06 UTC
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post an enhancement suggestion, but I try.

In the last time I have seen the Vimeo video sharing site (http://www.vimeo.com/) having more and more success. It's a very alternative to Youtube. So I think that Totem deserve a plugin for it. Totem is already a fantastic media player with YouTube and BBC plugins, and with Vimeo plugin it can be even more amazing.

best regards
NJ

API documentation: http://www.vimeo.com/api-docs/advanced-api-docs.html
We need the vimeo.videos.search method. Their API looks fairly good, which is nice.

A plugin similar to the youtube plugin would be very nice especially with the removal of high quality youtube video support from totem due to the youtube restrictions
