Description Karl Ostmo 2008-12-13 04:20:20 UTC
I should be able to rename an icon with a single click instead of having to navigate the right-click menu, find the correct option, then click again before renaming.

I envision two options for this:
1) If a single icon is currently selected, left-clicking on the icon's text will trigger the "rename" action.
2) If an icon is not currently selected, middle-clicking on the icon's text will trigger the "rename" action.

I imagine it would also make sense to define a boolean gconf preference to disable this functionality if desired.
