use timeout_add_seconds

There are a couple of more cases of timeouts but they're sub second resolution. Safe to round up a couple of them to a full second?

	* daemon/gvfsdaemon.c (daemon_schedule_exit):
	* daemon/gvfsjobcreatemonitor.c (create_reply):
	Use g_timeout_add_seconds() instead of g_timeout_add() to save
	some power.
