On upgrade from earlier version, the local database for the summary was converted to the new (SQLite) format. After this conversion, the order of messages in the summary appears random. The mailbox is an IMAP mailbox. I suspect (but have not checked) that the order could be the alphabetic ordering of the IMAP UUID values for the messages (so "100" appears before "99").
