Downstream bug
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=448208

It looks like the plugin for Mail Notification in evolution is already capable
of sending a d-bus message. What I'm looking for is something similar to how
the Groupwise 8 Linux client (and Outlook or Groupwise on Windows works) where
you get an actual popup dialog on new mail with the option to
read/clear/delete/etc... This is a really handy feature and it shouldn't be
too hard to create a zenity popup on a dbus message or something similar. I'm
not sure how it would be able to interact with evolution though to display the
message or perform the requested action.
