Please describe the problem:
Using "Local Folder" as a source to import a series of directories containing *.oga files, I received an error report.  The error message for every file was the same: "An exception was thrown by the type initializer for TagLib.FileTypes"

I have been unable to import *.oga files successfully.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open application
2. Import from local folder
3. Select folder with *.oga files


Actual results:
Error report with the above exception

Expected results:
Actual import of the music files into my library

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.
This is a problem in taglib-sharp.
